The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Demand and Capacity Support Officer to join our Networks team in Thomastown VIC, Kidman Park SA or Eagle Farm QLD on a Permanent Fulltime basis.
Reporting to the Demand & Capacity Planning Manager, you will be responsible for performing a range of administration activities that support Networks Planning & Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Planning & Scheduling activities to ensure the safety and efficiency of the Networks operation in compliance with industry regulations
- Assist with the processing and the appropriate responses to customer complaints
- Liaise with Supervisors on damages, leaks and mains replacement programs to ensure the correct equipment, permits and services are organised
- Dispatch and maintain records for work orders that are not managed in the Salesforce platform in line with capacity constraints
- Ensure all shift and Capacity information is accurate for both internal and external field resources
Your background
- Strong experience in a comparable administration role
- Effective communication, sales force and customer service skills
- Experience in the gas or utilities industry would be desirable
- Maximo or similar works management systems expertise
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Networks manages and operates transmission pipelines and local distribution networks that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.
This is an exciting time for the Networks team, we are growing and expanding with many new projects, including 2032 Olympics. Also, we have a strong culture of continuous improvement and working towards Net Zero with the introduction of renewable green gas into the Gas Networks.
