Job Summary: As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Officer to join our team. Supporting the team’s commercial results, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in a thriving area of our business. This position would be great for someone looking for job in the Inventory/Logistics field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies.
Order Processing:
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate order placement.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements etc
Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changes and learn
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
