- Run specific sections assigned by the Sous Chef
- Oversee duties or work stations
- Advise management of inventory requirements
- Conduct on-the-job training for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs
- Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III, is required
- Prior experience in a high volume Asian restaurant
- Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
