Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

·        preparing and cookingfood and ordering food supplies

·        planning menus andestimating food and labour costs

·        monitoring quality ofdishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

·        discussing foodpreparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

·        explaining and enforcinghygiene regulations

·        assisting with thetraining of staff
