THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR HEAD CHEF TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENTLY HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO:
WILL DEMONSTRATE TECHNIQUES AND ADVISE ON COOKING PROCEDURES
ENFORCE HYGIENE REGULATIONS
ARE CONFIDENT AND HAVE A CREATIVE COOKING STYLE WITH STRONG EMPHASIS ON QUALITY
ASSIST WITH PLANNING OF MENUS , ESTIMATE FOOD AND LABOUR COSTS
HAVE EXCEPTIONAL PLANNING AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
MAY ASSIST IN SELECTING AND TRAINING OTHER STAFF
