This Permanent Full-Time opportunity will be based at Rochedale and on occasion involve working across a few beautiful locations such as Carindale + Garden City this is a great opportunity to network and expand those career developments. We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am with the latest shift finishing at 6:15pm and Saturdays between 8:00am-5:00pm.

The heart of the role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• 6-12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant within Australia
• Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service/patient care
• Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
