Face Value Dental are based in the beautiful Brisbane city. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Tuesday and Thursday we are open between 8am and 8pm. No weekends, hello work life balance!

The heart of the role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you’ll bring:

• Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service/patient care
• Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
