With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Dental Assistants/Receptionist interested in working on a casual basis. The position is to work up to 4 days anywhere between Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm. We are connected to bus transport, have all-day street parking on Princess or MCKay Street AND have beautiful views of the river just across the street!

The Heart of the Role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
