Form of workSmiles On Grenfell is seeking a Dental front office coordinator to join our friendly team, in our modern city dental surgery.
The position is full-time but part-time will be considered for the right person.
The position primarily involves scheduling and treatment coordinating for our dentists and hygiene team. Responsibilities also include processing patient invoices, receipts, treatment quotes and liaising with specialist's rooms. There will also be opportunities to do dental assisting.
- Previous Dental Reception and or Dental Assistant experience is advantageous
- Experience using D4W software will also be an advantage
The role requires an excellent interpersonal and phone manner, as well as organizational skill. While experience would be an advantage, any dental specific training will be provided if required.
Remuneration is negotiable and will depend on the experience and abilities of the successful applicant.
