The Practice is a well-appointed, stylish, busy 2-chair practice which hosts up-to-date technology.
It is one of four practices which are solely privately owned and overseen and managed by a group manager.
The vision is to have a boutique clinic providing comprehensive and expert dental care.
We care about the quality of the service provided by our team and clinicians. We provide training in communication and clinical skills. Our aim is to have a fully supportive team.

About the Role:
This role would suit someone who is looking to progress their career into a more reception/administration role.
Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential, however, a background in customer service would be helpful.
Experience in talking confidently with people in assisting them to:
- Make all their appointments
- Explain their treatment plan and options to them
- Introduce any payment plans where required
- Processing payments for treatment carried out
- Productively manage and handle all cancellations, face-to-face or over the telephone
- Importantly, the ability to create an experience with them and not just an appointment!
The role would also include, but not limited to:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice
- Promotion of the Practice through internal and external marketing
- Following up with patients with outstanding treatment
- Ensuring that all systems and protocols are up to date and adhered to
- Preparing end-of-month reports
- Liaising with the management team
- The ability to multitask is essential on our front desk and actively being a team player to make the day and Practice run smoothly.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible in their hours to complement the business needs and be prepared to travel to different locations if required.
The role can be full-time or 4 days minimum
