As a Front Office Coordinator/Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Managing patient records and ensuring accurate documentation for seamless operations.
- Greeting patients with a warm smile and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans with precision and efficiency.
- Taking care of patients’ check-out and finalising their accounts using HICAPS.
- Handling phone calls
- Tracking statistics
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, dependable, and have excellent numerical skills.
Dental experience is not necessary, as we will provide you with the necessary training to excel in your role. However, a desire and willingness to learn and grow with our team is a must.
