Responsibilities
Working to ensure the smooth daily operation of our dental practice, you will see yourself completing tasks including, but not limited to:
- Greeting customers upon arrival with outstanding customer service
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Liaising with dental staff to manage patient flow while managing patient records
- Actioning patient billing and transactions
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Prior experience in Dental Assistance
- Prior experience in Office Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office
- Time management, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
