SalaryAlexandra Hills Dental is looking for a caring, energetic and career focused Practice Manager to join our team.
Our team consists of 4 dentists, with 2 dental chairs and a wonderful team of supporting staff. We are a fast paced and engaging work environment that, after being established for more than 10 years, are still developing and growing.
The position is suitable for those who enjoy to achieve great patient care by leading the team or who is enthusiastic to develop into the next step in the dental profession. They must be self motivated , interested in the well-being of others ,highly organised and able to assist in the training and direction other team members.
About the role
The role includes reception duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and face-to-face contact with patients. You will also be responsible for staff rosters, implementing, and maintaining clinic procedures, KPI management, and more.

- Previous dental management experience
