THE OPPORTUNITY: Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

Qualifications and experience:

• Proven sales experience and the right attitude is pivotal to this role 
• Experience in Dental, beauty or allied health preferred 
• Previous roles that include a high level of organisation and responsibility highly regarded (Roles such as EA's etc.)
• Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative, good attention to detail
• An ability to influence patients and strong rapport building skills
• Well organised and enthusiastic
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills (including very professional phone manner)
• Being flexible enough to work as part of the team, and occasionally nurse and help with steri duties, will be highly regarded  
• Some experience with implants will be highly regarded, although not necessary
• Certificate III/IV highly regarded although not essential
