Expanding established modern Camberwell Dental Practice with a second location at Monash University Clayton Campus seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic, receptionist to join our team Full Time. Dental reception or Dental Assisting experience will be prioritised amongst applicants.

Duties will include:
- Management of the appointment book
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Answering phone calls and reply to emails and appointment enquiries.
- Managing appointment books
- A wide range of general administration duties as requested by the practice.

The Position
The Dental Receptionist position forms part of a large administration team dedicated to front of house service. With 6 chairs functioning daily (4 in Camberwell and 2 in Clayton) the reception areas are a busy and vibrant part of the business. Dental Receptionists will lend their skill and customer service excellence, coordinating appointments and managing the smooth flow of patients in and out of the practice. The position is a full-time role which may involve Saturday mornings (8:15 am - 12:45 pm). This position is based at the Camberwell location, there may be a requirement to work at Clayton, from time to time.
