Dental Receptionist

Randstad is the preferred supplier for leading employers in Not-for-Profit, Health, Government, Insurance, and Education across Regional Victoria (REGVIC2410). Currently partnered with government and private sector clients in the Geelong region, Randstad is seeking a Dental Receptionist for an ongoing role located in Geelong.
Salary: Ranging from $65,000 - $80,000+
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Location: Geelong
Responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional care and manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records efficiently.
Assist in various administrative tasks, financial activities, and adherence to practice policies.
Contribute to operational success by maintaining equipment readiness and ensuring premises' cleanliness.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, autonomy, and proficiency in tasks.
Participate in morning huddles, greet patients warmly, and complete daily routines efficiently.
Efficiently manage appointments, cancellations, and patient recall systems.
Manage written and verbal communication with patients accurately and professionally.
Assist in appointment bookings, payment processing, and patient education.
Engage with patients, maintain comfort, and provide education on oral hygiene.
Efficient handling of HICAPS transactions
About you:
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or experience in similar role
Have working rights in Australia.
Be willing to obtain a police check.
