This opportunity exists for anyone keen to work in a fresh, new start up dental clinic. All team members will be given the opportunity for growth, advancement in any path they may choose to grow in. Our dental clinic will provide general dental, as well as specialised dental services such as dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, surgery as well as IV sedation.
Qualifications & experience
- 1 year experience as a Dental Receptionist
- favourable to hold a Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Managing patient records
- Processing payments
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Patient check-in and check-out Handling administrative tasks Handling emergencies Providing patient education Maintaining confidentiality Collaborating with referring providers
- Responding to emails and correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating with dental staff
