The Role
As Care Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical needs of our residents. You'll provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to our dedicated frontline staff, ensuring they have the resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
To provide outstanding resident care with clinical outcomes in line with national best practice standards, thus promoting a culture of quality, safety and excellence in care delivery. The Registered Nurse (RN) will:
- Support, action and coordinate the provision of high quality, comprehensive, evidenced-based, resident focussed care that meets the individual needs of the resident;
- Assist residents to lead an active and meaningful life as independently as possible;
- Meet the expectations of the residents’ legal representative and the organisation;
- Act as Team Leader, role model and a resource to other staff;
- Supervise staff and physical resources; and
- Communicate and collaborate with other health professionals.
- Registration with AHPRA
- Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing day to day clinical issues
- Good knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current Police Check
- Working Rights in Australia
