AddressNorthwest Dental Longford and Deloraine are currently seeking a friendly, dynamic, and out-standing Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team. The role of receptionist is one of the most crucial positions in our practice, as you are the one who creates the first impression of the practice, and it must be a fantastic one. Responsibilities
- Understanding the important role of a front desk coordinator plays in developing a dental practice through effective appointment scheduling and management.
- Appreciates working in a team and play a key role in connecting the clinical and administration of a dental practice.
- Demonstrating exceptional communicating skills in answering patient’s concerns and questions in a friendly manner, both face to face and via phone calls.
- Processing payments through HICAPS and EFTPOS.
- Committed to the highest level of patient care.
- Infection control and occasional instrument processing.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Dental front desk experience will be highly considered but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Willing to travel between Longford and Deloraine
- Training is provided
