The Grove Dental is a boutique general and cosmetic dental practice situated in Rouse Hill, NSW – approximately 40min from Sydney CBD. What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a calm and welcoming environment for our patients, answering their questions and enquiries, and making them feel reassured and at ease
- Answering phones, booking appointments, taking payments and providing administrative support
About You
You’d describe yourself as a bit of a perfectionist, a good judge of situations and quick at thinking on your feet. Others would describe you as a positive, supportive, calm and confident presence. You’re a solution-focused individual who always strives to learn and grow each day. You must also possess:
- Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and a high standard of written and spoken English
- The ability to thrive as a team-player in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with Dental4Windows will be highly regarded (otherwise training will be provided)
- At least two years experience as a Dental Receptionist or assistant is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate!
