Our warehouse team is expanding and we are looking for a savvy and energetic Inventory Assistant to join us! In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Inventory Lead and Warehouse Team in all activities related to the receipt, storage, picking and packing, labelling and inventory management of our swimwear products and accessories!
If you have previous experience in this role, passionate about stock accuracy and have great attention to detail then we want to hear from you!
Main accountabilities:
- Assisting with the Receipt and dispatch of goods including: picking, packing, invoice and consignment documentation, booking pick-ups, loading and unloading product.
- Assist the Warehouse Lead in redesigning the warehouse space in preparation for new products;
- Maintain and support the updating of documents/manuals for the inventory management processes;
- Work closely with the Warehouse Lead to ensure daily resource needs are being met to ensure inventory placement is efficient;
- Assist in resolving any inventory issues between Utardo and PVox
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse free from hazards and in line with WHS requirements;
- Assist in stock location control;
- Ensure errors are identified and resolved appropriately
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of stocktake
- Assist in the pick and pack process where required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Experience using PVox highly desirable;
- Passionate about stock accuracy and good stock structure
- Demonstrated experience to work within tight deadlines and under pressure;
- Computer literate and ability to process documentation and prepare reporting;
- Strong communication style – both verbal and written;
