We are seeking Experienced Dental Receptionists as well as Trainee Receptionists to join our friendly team at our Templestowe Clinic. Please take into consideration your residential location and travel times to ensure the location is practical for you.

The role:

We are seeking Dental receptionists who are highly skilled communicators, to work alongside our clinical and back-office teams and help the business grow. Our practice is fast paced, so your job will never be boring! The ideal candidate will be a confident, bubbly person who is looking for a career, not just a job. We are seeking multiple team members to join our friendly, modern, group of dental practices. We have dental reception and treatment coordination roles on offer, both patient facing and within our back office. \* (Please note, a minimum 12 months prior experience is preferable and will be highly regarded)\*

Candidates should possess the following:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in the role you are applying for is preferred
• Very well presented with a professional demeanour
• A positive and professional attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative
• Well organised and enthusiastic

• Well organised and enthusiastic
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (including professional phone manner)
• Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly
• Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff

• Previous experience with D4W highly regarded, although not necessary
