Our small, friendly, professional team is working closely together to ensure that our patients get customized care through comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that best suit their ideal outcomes. Each member of our team is equally valuable and necessary in warranting a relaxed and friendly environment for our patients and co-workers.
As our receptionist you are the first person who our patients see when they arrive at our practice, so it is important to us that this person is welcoming and upbeat when greeting our patients. It is essential to keep this friendly manner flowing throughout any other interactions with the patients (phone or in person) as most of them will enjoy a chat while they wait for an appointment or at the end of their appointments.
Due to personal growth of our team members ( maternity leave and full time study) an opportunity has presented for an experienced dental receptionist to join our team from the 19/02/2024 (with training days prior) on a casual basis with the possibility of permanent part time / fulltime in the future for the right candidate. Flexibility over 5 days (Monday to Friday) is a must.
Although this position is casual, we are offering full time hours over 4/5 days per week, with 8:30am starts and one late night (Thursdays). The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous dental reception experience essential
- Knowledge of Principle software is highly regarded but not essential (training provided)
- Data entry experience (scanning invoices etc)
- Sound dental knowledge
- Stock ordering experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to help out in sterilization when busy
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
