What are we looking for?

- Possess previous professional experience within sales – Dental experience not required.
- Possession of excellent communication skills, with a friendly approachable and positive manner.
- The ability to thrive and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immaculately presented, professional and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
What does the role entail?
- Welcome new guests into our practice and oversee their care until they start Orthodontic treatment.
- Conduct clinical photos and 3D scans of guest's teeth.
- Discuss treatment plan options (Braces, Invisalign, etc.).
- Discuss and tailor payment plan options.
- Hit KPI’s on a monthly basis.
- Conduct daily follow-up.
- Schedule appointments to start treatment.
- Process health fund payments and deposits to start treatment.
