Front Office Leader / Treatment Coordinator

Edward Street Dental are recruiting an experienced and confident Front Office Leader / Treatment Coordinator as well as a casual Front Office assistant to add to our existing friendly, highly skilled dental team. You'll work in our established practice with a team who genuinely love what they do! The full-time position is Monday - Friday with no Weekends! Whilst hours/days for the Casual position are flexible!

Edward Street Dental is a modern Brisbane City practice, with 3 experienced Dentists and 3 very capable Dental Hygienists.  We provide general dentistry, engaging multiple digital technologies, to deliver high-quality services and a comfortable experience for all our clients.

Qualifications & experience

 *A passion for the dental industry and patient care

 *6+ months experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential

 * A positive attitude, the ability to be flexible and adaptable

 *The ability to handle pressure and multi-task

 * A warm friendly personality with the ability to build relationships easily

 *To show empathy toward patients and others 

Tasks & Responsibilities

*General reception duties including answering phone calls & greeting patients.

*Recording treatment info in patient records; maintaining patient confidentiality.

*Sound computer skills; use of dental software systems.

*Providing post-operative instructions as directed by the dentists / hygienists.

*Play a pro-active role in each day's schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible. 

*Provide exceptional patient care with a caring & empathetic nature and an open mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

*A passion for the dental industry and patient care 

 *Experience working in a dental practice is preferred, dental reception

*Excellent open communication skills

 *The ability to be flexible and adaptable 

 *The ability to handle pressure and multi-task 

 * A warm friendly personality with the ability to build relationships easily
