Based in our Adelaide office, we are seeking to appoint a Department Manager to oversee our Asphalt Laying business, to help us drive effective, safe, and profitable outcomes. You will lead and manage change, develop our people, and have an innate ability to develop solid partnerships and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will drive safety first, whilst demonstrating solid business acumen, and knowing what it takes to deliver strong financial performance outcomes.
You will have proven technical knowledge and a track record of delivering profitability projects and programmes of work, within a safe environment, as well as at least 4 years industry experience Together with proven leadership of diverse teams across large geographies and demonstrated understanding of costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management, estimating and cost control.
