What your days will look like:
As a Spotlight Department Team Leader, you'll support the Store Manager and Management Team, drive sales growth, prioritize customer satisfaction, and manage high-volume stock efficiently.
- Providing support to the Store Manager and fellow Management Team across all aspects of the business.
- Meeting regular targets for your department and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
- Prioritizing customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations.
- Managing high-volume stock efficiently.
What we’re looking for from you:
- Proven experience in big box retail, demonstrating expertise in high-volume retail sales and stock management.
- Management experience, including leadership of teams of 10 or more members.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- First Aid certification, or a willingness to undergo training (at our expense).
