The Role
To tactically schedule customer orders, in a timely manner that helps CCEP deliver:
- Superior customer service levels
- Efficiency for transport and CCEP Distribution Centres
- Low-cost base
- Sustainability
Key Responsibilities include:
Planning and Organising - Establishing courses of action of self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time
Communication - Daily collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs
Influence and Analytics - Proactively reviewing data trends for continuous improvement opportunities to drive business benefits
Systems and Technical - Ability to execute required system transactions such as SAP as well as troubleshooting technical difficulties where required. Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert in technical ability within these systems to support cross-skilling within the broader team.
About you:
- A high level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Intermediate to advance MS office skills
Qualifications and licenses:
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics highly valued
- Experience in other analytical roles preferred
- Prior SAP (TMS or ECC) system experienced preferred
