We have a position for a full time Depot Managerbased at our Echuca Depot which is a newly created position designed to grow & support our workforce and key clients throughout Northern Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating a positive workplace culture that supports our staff to deliver professional services and grow our team
- Delivering a safe and reliable transport service for all passengers
- Driving a morning & afternoon school run to/from Echuca - you will drive a dedicated run & vehicle as part of the role
- Scheduling & Allocation of local charter, school and rail replacement services
- Leading the team to maintain a high standard of depot and vehicle cleanliness
- Maintain a close and professional working relationship with our clients to provide on-time and on-budget services
- Identify, address and report unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behaviour in the workplace
- Maintain up to date knowledge of road laws and company policies
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Heavy Vehicle Licence
- Driver Accreditation Certificate through the Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate
Experience in managing people & operations is preferred
