WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE IN THE ROLE
As the Deputy Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the success of our students by leading the development and delivery of best practice student-facing transition, engagement, communication, retention, and administration services. Your expertise is crucial in contributing to strategic and operational planning for the Directorate, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and innovation outcomes. Risk mitigation is a key aspect of this role, as you will be tasked with providing high-quality strategic, policy, and operational advice to senior management regarding all student-related administrative services. Your ability to establish and maintain a strategic stakeholder network will support the delivery of high-quality student administrative services, fostering seamless operations across the University. Furthermore, your leadership will be instrumental in the successful delivery of special projects and change management initiatives. This involves developing high-quality project plans, and communication strategies, and overseeing budgets to drive innovation and operational enhancement. Measurable service excellence outcomes are paramount, and you will achieve this by leading, managing, and developing a positive team culture.
