• Lead a team in implementing Buy Queensland 2023, the Queensland Government's procurement strategy and policy.
• Lead government engagement with the procurement industry.
• Work across government to implement category management strategies.
• Drive transformative projects such as transitioning the government vehicle fleet to a 100% EV fleet by 2026.
• Promote and support a performance-driven workplace culture of equity, diversity, respect, and inclusion within the team.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate a clear vision for Queensland Government Procurement and lead the implementation of strategies and policies.
• Takes a system-wide approach to issues, leveraging data-driven insights and perspectives to propose solutions within an agency-led, centrally enabled model.
• Proficient in using data analytics for strategic procurement and fleet management outcomes.
• Excellent relationship management skills, fostering trust, respect, and integrity with customer agencies and stakeholders.
