Design Coordinator

The Role
In your role as Design Coordinator, you will join the team in delivering outstanding and client focused projects ensuring everything is completed technically. Your key responsibilities will be to oversee the preparation of drawings and tender documents, while coordinating architectural design, detailing and specifications to ensure that all aspects are carried out in accordance with company procedures. This client facing role will see you heavily involved in the front end of the business, liaising with the wider team and stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are met.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design and construction fazes of projects and can navigate Navisworks to understand the BIM model. In addition to this, you will be self-motivated, detail orientated and driven to implement and provide the best possible solutions throughout the business.  Your responsibility will be to develop design strategies that blend functionality and aesthetics, contributing to projects that leave a positive impact. We are seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills who can build strong relationships.
