About The Role 

Are you an experienced marketing all-rounder, with skills in project management, communications, content creation, branding, events, sales support and market research, looking for a creative and exciting role in a growing international company?

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing marketing support across a number of channels (online and offline) to aid in the delivery of the strategic marketing plan and implementation of the tactical components of that plan. In addition, this role will also contribute to brand management and marketing ideation. This position spans a high volume of projects and communications for delivery and reports to the Senior Global Marketing Manager. The position will also manage the Marketing Assistant as a direct report.

The right candidate will possess, natural organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage varied priorities and meet deadlines, and will also enjoy working in a fast paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities:   

Marketing & Brand Communications: 

  • Support in the end-to-end delivery of a range of brand materials, including product catalogues, price lists, brochures, presentations, pitches, award submittals, packaging, EDMs and digital assets. This may involve working closely with the Content Writer / Copywriter in briefing and concepting, application of brand guidelines, management of production / design and dissemination, with approvals required at each stage. 

Marketing Project / Product Launches Support:

  • Develop briefs and identify processes and resource needed to achieve key marketing projects within a project management framework, creating schedules and serving as a liaison between marketing team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver these. 

Photography, Videography & Content: 

  • Manage delivery of product contour imagery, creative imagery and videography, working cross functionally to manage requirements, product availability with internal teams, photography and retouching with external suppliers, placement on site / in marketing materials and communicating availability for internal teams and external stakeholders (agencies, resellers.) 

Store Marketing & Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the global sales teams (AU/NZ/US) to support and optimize reseller marketing initiatives by responding to sales team requests in a timely manner. 
  • Identify opportunities for reseller engagement and marketing support.

Research 

  • Plan, deliver, analyze and report on the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Research market trends, partnerships, and industry information with the goal of supporting new business opportunities as directed. 
  • Maintain annual competitor and pricing information, updating and providing analysis where required. 

Production and Marketing Inventory 

  • Manage production of creative and product imagery / videography processes, engaging and serving as main point of contact with photographers, studio spaces, designers, creative agencies/vendors. 
  • Manage relationship with internal procurement team to be kept abreast of key information, and to advise on intake of new marketing collateral and goods, ensuring operational processes are followed, codes are correctly assigned and inventory is managed. 

Merchandise

  • Manage and monitor merchandise stock levels and support sourcing and ordering promotional merchandise and gifting.

New Regions 

  • Support the coordination of outreach to international partners and suppliers. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of an international launch strategy that delivers global alignment and regional relevance.
  • Develop localized content and international as required.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

Essential:    

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Skilled in brief writing and practical project management.
  • Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Enthused by a challenge, able to handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic design skills and proficiency in the Adobe Suite software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat

Desirable:

  • An interest in the architecture, interior design, building or architectural hardware market would be desirable.
