Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Innovation: Utilize CAD, specifically SolidWorks, for the conceptualization and detailed design of technical drawings, focusing on enhancing designs for specialized machinery such as Flexographic Printing Machines.
• Advanced Research and Development: Perform comprehensive research to support project requirements and stay at the forefront of technology trends, thereby improving the design quality and functionality.
• Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management, electrical/electronic departments, and suppliers for effective project integration.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation through to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, facilitating product legality and market acceptance.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively involve clients and stakeholders in the design process, from requirement gathering to integrating feedback for project enhancement.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Sustainability and Efficiency: Apply principles of sustainable design to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Technological Integration: Leverage the latest technologies to boost product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks and a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Specific knowledge about flexographic printing and packaging machines and equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong background in engineering design, particularly with machinery or related technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Strong analytical, research, and creative skills to drive innovation in design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across teams and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and understanding of industry standards.
