We are looking for a team player to join our diverse and growing team in the area of technical product engineering, drafting & support. Right now we have several documentation projects underway, various bespoke projects on the boil and a full product development pipeline that is just waiting for some extra skilled input to help turn ideas into realities!
What the role involves:
- Working within the Design & Engineering team and using your technical skills to progress product improvements and process improvements
- Developing new products for the playground industry
- Supporting assembly and manufacturing teams with technical drawings and BOM data
- Solid Edge CAD work including 3D modelling, 2D drafting
- Maintaining BOMs and related systems
Your Qualifications and Skills:
Some things about you that will ensure you are a great fit for the company:
- you are passionate about getting the detail right and following through on it
- you are an advanced engineering CAD user on programs such as Solid Edge/Works
- you have a hands-on approach and can grasp mechanical and construction concepts
- you have experience working with a manufacturing shop floor environment, providing technical info, drawings and parts lists
