Desktop Quality Coordinator

Primary Location VIC - MelbourneJob Description Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Service Stream as a Desktop Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and delivery of the Unify Services Quality Framework and Quality Management Plan.About the RoleAs the Desktop Quality Coordinator at Service Stream, you will be responsible for assessing service partner quality compliance and providing feedback on Quality non-conformance trends to enable continuous improvement.Nature of Position: Permanent, Full-TimeReporting Lead: Quality LeadLocation: Melbourne (preferable)Key responsibilities:

• Perform validation checks to ensure service partner works are within agreed quality framework parameters, liaising with Quality Lead and Service Stream field personnel as necessary
• Assist with evaluating and continually improving the Quality desktop audit process, maintaining documentation
• Provide Quality Lead with feedback on Quality non conformance trends and highlight areas requiring improvement
• Contribute to proposing and developing initiatives for improvement in compliance and Quality performance
• Maintain knowledge of work practices and standards required by the Client, Service Stream and its service providers to enable adequate Desktop Quality audit assessments
• Report on work practices and where appropriate recommend changes to Quality Lead to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Client required standards.

Requirements:

• Quality framework and Quality Compliance Assessment experience (preffered)
• Experience processing high volumes of data on tight weekly deadlines
• Experience liaising with clients / subcontractors / external parties
• Strong numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills
