About the role
In this role, you will be providing onsite and remote Desktop Support, conducting maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, to all internal crew as well as new staters across the Kinetic IT landscape.
You will be working collaboratively through technical processes, providing support for hardware, software, systems, and devices to ensure the business runs smoothly. Your understanding of service levels will be balanced with your emphasis on customer service.
This role will entail:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and utilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data security and compliance
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, both remotely and in-person, ensuring prompt issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Assisting in the planning and execution of desktop-related projects, including migrations and upgrades
Keen to get involved? You will need some of the following:
- Previous experience providing IT support and technical troubleshooting within a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and applications
- Experience in troubleshooting audiovisual systems, providing meeting room support, and coordinating with building management and facilities
- Hold or have the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance
