Australian Gold Reagents (AGR) is a joint venture between CSBP Limited (“CSBP”) (75 per cent) and Coogee Chemicals Pty Ltd (25 per cent). CSBP, a 100% owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited is the operating and sales agent for AGR. We are a producer of a reagent located in Kwinana, Western Australia and have safely and reliably manufactured and supplied our reagent to gold mines in Western Australia since 1988 and to gold and silver mines internationally since 2002.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving a strong safety and workplace culture aligned to Sodium Cyanide’s objectives, strategies and values;
- Ensuring the team follows all rail safety requirements;
- Leading your team to provide clear direction and achieve a high standard of performance;
- Executing despatch strategies, driving reliability of Despatch equipment and coordinating maintenance planning;
- Managing operational budgets and facilitating efficiency and cost improvements;
About You:
- Demonstrated experience working within a chemical manufacturing plant or similar industry;
- Previous experience in a leadership role with a positive track record of creating a positive safety and performance culture;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams;
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Experience with shipping and dangerous goods is preferred.
