Position: Business Unit Team Leader
As part of our internal expansion, we're thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Business Unit Team Leader. This pivotal role is the cornerstone of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance of one of our business units. It presents a thrilling chance for a dynamic leader to make a substantial impact and contribute significantly to our organisation's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team to surpass customer service, sales, and KPI targets.
• Maintain excellence on the store floor through efficient stock replenishment, merchandising, and adherence to OHS standards.
• Ensure seamless sales transactions, returns, and, above all, customer satisfaction.
• Optimise workflows and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Foster collaboration across departments to drive overall company success.
• Maintain stringent control over inventory through regular stock checks, including stocktakes.
• Motivate the team to achieve company, team, and individual budgets & targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of industry and/or sales-related experience.
• Proven Sales and Technical experience in security, 12-volt systems, audio-visual, TV/MATV, or satellite TV equipment.
• Qualifications and certifications in leadership & people management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and motivated approach to challenges.
• Solutions-driven mindset for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in basic computer literacy & Microsoft Suite.
