- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, including supervision, mentorship, and support.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of nursing care within the assigned unit, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Serve as a role model for nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Assist with staffing assignments, resource management, and workflow optimisation to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.

Selection Criteria:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience working in a Team Leader/Management role as a Registered Nurse
- Immunisation Certificate will be high regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
