About the Role
Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt for a Detailing Coordinator to join our Warwick Farm Dealership. Whether it be the delivery or servicing of a vehicle, the presentation and cleanliness is integral in ensuring the customer is satisfied with their experience. Within this role you will show initiative, flexibility and have a positive attitude.
What the role entails:

• Supervise and provide support for all detailing department activities
• Schedule work to be completed each day by assigning appropriate Detailer (based upon skill and knowledge) and allocating time for each job
• Direct and maintain usage of detailing department supplies and equipment
• Oversee work quality and perform final sign-off once jobs are completed
• Assist vehicle transporters and oversee loading and unloading of vehicles
• Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

What we are looking for:

• Proven work experience in overseeing a high preforming team within the automotive industry
• Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
• Ability to maintain simple records
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively within a team
