Developer Programmer

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role within our company, joining a highly talented team. You will need to be an experienced mid to senior Developer Programmer, eating, sleeping, and breathing all things web and development.

The Role:
As a Developer Programmer , you'll dive into the heart of our agency, contributing your coding finesse and technical know-how to drive the development of next-generation cloud-based products and platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our experienced front and back-end development teams, crafting robust and innovative solutions for major clients.
What You Bring:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience developing desktop and mobile web applications
• Experience developing with front-end/ back-end languages, frameworks and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, PHP, Laravel)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx)
• Proficiency using Webflow, Shopify and Wordpress or able to adapt
• Version control system (Git)
• Web development best-practices (accessibility, cross-device and cross-browser)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Code Crafting: Develop, update, and maintain program code to meet technical specifications and client requirements.
• System Support: Collaborate on client sites and systems, producing end-user documentation and operational procedures.
• Tech Evaluation: Research, analyse, and evaluate system requirements, identifying and addressing limitations and deficiencies.
• Collaborative Debugging: Work closely with the team to test, debug, and rectify errors and faults within our systems and code base.
