Benefits Competitive salary and package Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement Friendly and collaborative work environment Flexible work schedule Employee wellness programs Task & Responsibilities Researching, consulting, analyzing and evaluating system program needs  Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods  Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification  Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards  Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures  Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costing for recommending software purchases and upgrades  Collaborate with team members to analyze and improve software performance Implement best practices for software development and deployment Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience in software development and programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus About Company BPM Vision is a leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, offering innovative software and services that enable organizations to achieve their strategic objectives through effective project and portfolio management.
