About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Development and WellbeingAdministration Officer to join our dynamic HR team.
You will play a pivotal role in administering initiatives that promote professional Development and employee overall wellness.
This exciting and challenging opportunity now exists at the City of Kwinana as a result of consideration to further emphasize and align the importance of our most valuable resource – it’s people. Reporting to the HR Development Coordinator, you will help us to continue to achieve a culture that values both the professional and personal development of our employees.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will require the following:
- Previous experience working within a similar environment, with a focus on administration of a diverse range of wellbeing programs.
- Well-developed organisational, time management and communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work in a team and provide high quality of customer service.
- Ability to utilise, maintain, and optimise HRIS-related computer applications and databases.
- Qualification in Human Resources Management, Health Science or equivalent.
