The successful candidates will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

  • Working knowledge of the development application assessments process.
  • Experience in applying and enforcing relevant legislation.
  • Experience in the investigation and complaint resolution processes with an understanding of how these relate to development and the environment.
  • Experience in the preparation of relevant written reports and computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory enforcement tools and regulatory investigation techniques, including the collection of and giving of evidence.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, including but not limited to Certificate IV in Government (Investigation) qualification and/or considerable experience in a similar role.
  • Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Commitment to living our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust and optimism. It is through respect, integrity and teamwork that we build trust and create optimism for Campbelltown’s future.

As a member of our friendly and passionate team, you’ll receive the following benefits:

  • Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week
  • An attractive salary starting from $1,682.08 - $1,820.80 + 11% superannuation
