Compliance/Learning And Development Officer

JCT is currently seeking to appoint a Full-Time Compliance/Learning and Development Officer to join our Quality Team. This exciting and innovative role involves meeting the learning and assessment needs of our various clients by meaningful consultation and engagement. 

This role is a Full Time - OFFICE BASED role

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting and leading in:

• Meeting and consulting with clients to ascertain their learning and Development needs;
• Developing learning and assessment resources for our clients that meets their needs;
• Meeting our internal quality requirements  working towards our Objective of becoming the leading Training Provider in Australia! 
• Ensuring compliance requirements of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework are met at all times.

To be successful in this position, it is essential that the candidate possesses the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Vocational Education and Training  
• Thorough understanding of the requirements of Training Packages 
• Operating within a compliance-based environment 
• Well-developed document development skills 
• Record keeping and attention to detail in accordance with Standards for RTOs 2015
• Flexibility to travel domestically as required
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
