About the role We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Development Kitchen tester to join our team. In this role, you will utilise your culinary expertise and independent judgment to assess kitchen equipment, interpret performance data, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendations to the Development Kitchen Manager. You will execute comprehensive quality assurance testing on toasters, juicers, as well as support other appliance testing, showcasing meticulous attention to detail in ensuring the consistent excellence of our product line. Key responsibilities include: Execute product validation tests and analyse results.Prepare detailed reports on test outcomes.Conduct research on products, food, and recipes.Share culinary knowledge with team members.Maintain a clean and organised work area.We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:Accredited culinary or food science degree.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking or food media experience.Experience in cooking for a diverse food audience.Familiarity with electrical kitchen appliances.Previous experience in recipe development and/or product testing.Ability to meet physical requirements: standing up to 5 hours at a time and lifting up to 15 kilograms consistently.
