Development Lead

Requirements

• Previous experience of leading technical teams
• Background in Cloud, Enterprise applications or Mobile Development is desirable

• Exposure to Agile Environment
• Ideally a strong background with Java, Spring Boot, Software Architecture
• Understanding of the full development life-cycle process
• Proven example of technical Innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience in delivering in Agile
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in partnership with consultants, vendors, and service providers
