Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Development Site Sales specialist to join our market leading team, focused on Development Sites Sales throughout the Gold Coast area, the southern Brisbane corridor and northern NSW.
You will be responsible for business development activities including ongoing canvasing, marketing, sales, and public relations. This includes ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service and that individual sales revenue budget are also met.
You will ideally possess previous experience in Development Sites Sales, Development Management, Town Planning or Valuation/ Advisory with exposure to dealings with Development Sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the marketing campaigns including coordination of sales activities and sales administration
- Assisting in preparation of detailed submissions and information memorandums
- Negotiating acceptable terms between vendors and purchasers, fully documenting such terms
- Reporting to the vendor as required, including marketing progress reports
- Actively initiating, follow up, service and control sales enquiries
- Reporting on job campaigns to management on a weekly basis
- Management and/or assistance with the marketing process, including marketing material preparation, sales kit preparation, advertising activities, mail outs
- Utilise, develop and assist in maintaining Residential development sales database
Qualifications
In order to be considered, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a transactional role within development, or alternatively working in a Site Sales role or a background in residential development valuations / advisory
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Experience with the Town Planning approval processes
- Proven ability to contribute to and facilitate the completion of submissions and information memorandums
- Knowledge of property marketing principles
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of project management principles
- High level of liaison and negotiation skills
- Proven decision making, analytical and problem solving ability
- Possess excellent time management skills
