The Role:

As the Site Manager, you will be directly reporting to the Construction Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and above all, to the highest quality standard. You will be at the helm of a luxury development, working closely with a developer builder renowned for their commitment to excellence and sustained employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and inspire a strong support team to achieve project milestones

- Ensure the highest levels of safety are maintained on-site at all times, prioritising the wellbeing of all team members and stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong structures experience, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury development.

- Drive the project forward, troubleshooting challenges as they arise and ensuring smooth operations.
